2009-2010 B league team badminton championship of Lithuania
Eight teams participated in two day tournament in Klaipėda.
The winners:
1st place - Klaipėda "Želdiniai"
2nd place - Vilnius "CBC Virusas"
3rd place - Kaunas "Svaja"

Zanavykų cup 2010, 1st round
The first round of "Zanavykų cup 2010" took place in Šakiai, at November 8, 2009
The venue was a new, modern, cosy, convenient and brightly lit sports center.
Congratulations to Šakiai town for implementing such a great project!
The exceptional thing about the tournament, is that the pairing of participants is settlet by lot.
In that way, the beginners have at least a theoretical chance to play in one pair with a more experienced player, and the good players, well, could share their knowledge and skills.

You are welcome to participate in a pre-season badminton tournament, details below:
Date: August 16th. 2009, Sunday
Time: 11.00 AM.
Place: The general Jonas Žemaitis military academy of Lithuania, Šilo st. 5 a., Vilnius
Entry fee: 20 Lt.
Eligible to participate: Amateurs
Groups: Men singles, men doubles
Registration: until August 12 th., Wednesday
